GELEC and IKEA illuminated the Champs Élysées throughout COP21! (2015)

For COP21, IKEA organised a participative event on the Champs Élysées with support from its partners: ADEME [French environmental and energy agency], the Nicolas Hulot Foundation and the City of Paris. Numerous eco-friendly displays were set up.

Gelec Energy was selected to supply part of the site :

• – 10 HPOD Mini on the power production stands by Velib’ that were used to illuminate part of the Champs Élysées.
  – HKUB coupled to a wind turbine.
